EMBARK Offers Free Transit Programs for Oklahoma City Students and Teachers
EMBARK, the public transportation provider in Oklahoma City, is promoting two free transportation programs for the 2026-2027 school year. The 'Haul Pass' program offers free rides on all EMBARK fixed-route buses and RAPID NW service for youth aged 18 and younger. Students over 18 who are still enrolled in school may also qualify with verification. This program is available year-round and can be used at any time within EMBARK’s service area. Participants need to complete an application to receive a Haul Pass, which can be obtained online or at the downtown Transit Center. Youth aged 12 and older receive an EMBARK photo ID, while those 11 and younger do not require one. Additionally, the 'Road Scholars' program provides free transportation for student groups of up to 25 for educational field trips.
