Maine Man Accused of Pointing Gun at Woman During Westport Road-Rage Incident
Nicholas Alexander Dagostino, a 27-year-old from Maine, was arrested for allegedly pointing an illegal firearm at a woman during a road rage incident in Westport, Connecticut. The incident occurred on Route 15 Southbound near Exit 20, where Dagostino reportedly brake-checked the woman's vehicle before pulling alongside and brandishing a gun. A small child was present in the woman's car at the time. Authorities tracked Dagostino's vehicle to Stamford, where they discovered a loaded gun, a high-capacity magazine, and psilocybin mushrooms in his possession. Dagostino faces multiple charges, including threatening, reckless endangerment, and illegal possession of a weapon and controlled substances. He posted a portion of his $25,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on September 3.
