Alaska Airlines Removes Evangelist for Preflight Sermon, Citing Safety Concerns
Florida evangelist Whitney Lynn was removed from an Alaska Airlines flight after delivering a sermon during a flight delay at Orlando International Airport. Lynn, who frequently shares her faith on flights, spoke to passengers about God's timing and love. Her actions prompted a flight attendant to alert the crew, leading to her removal from the San Diego-bound flight. Alaska Airlines stated that the decision was made due to safety concerns raised by the crew. Lynn documented the incident on social media, where her videos gained significant attention. Following the incident, she was informed that she is temporarily banned from flying with Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, and Horizon Air pending an investigation into her recent travels.
