11-Year-Old Boy Shot in East Price Hill, Cincinnati; Investigation Underway
An 11-year-old boy sustained serious injuries after being shot in East Price Hill, Cincinnati, on Tuesday night. Multiple police sources confirmed the incident to WLWT. The investigation is concentrated around the 3700 block of Warsaw Avenue, where Cincinnati Police and SWAT teams were present. The victim was transported to a hospital, with family members indicating he was taken to Cincinnati Children's Hospital for surgery. Authorities have not yet released information regarding the boy's current condition, what led to the shooting, or if any arrests have been made. SWAT officers had surrounded a home near the scene, but later left after determining it was unoccupied.
