San Francisco Bay University (SFBU) has introduced a new graduate program, MBA Pro+, designed to address the evolving needs of business education in the context of modern technological advancements. Priced at $10,000, the program aims to reduce the financial burden typically associated with earning an MBA. SFBU President Nick Ladany emphasizes that traditional business education models are outdated, particularly in an era where artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping organizational operations and leadership expectations. The MBA Pro+ program is built around a new learning model that integrates rigorous academics with AI-enhanced, personalized learning experiences. This approach includes a flexible, self-paced curriculum and one-on-one faculty mentorship, focusing on developing competencies such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication.
