The report indicates that heavy rainfall impaired the flight crew's vision as they approached the runway. Air traffic control audio reveals the communication between the tower and the aircraft, highlighting the challenging weather conditions. Despite being cleared to land, the aircraft veered off the runway, causing significant damage to its right wing. Fortunately, none of the 14 passengers on board were injured.
