Severe Storms and Flash Flood Threat Persist Across the South

The active weather pattern, which began on Monday, is forecast to continue through Saturday, with repeated rounds of thunderstorms and heavy rain fueled by a stationary front. Major cities like New Orleans, Atlanta, and Jackson, Mississippi, are under a Level 2 flood threat on Thursday, while the Carolinas face similar risks on Friday.
