12-Year-Old Boy Injured in Auto-Pedestrian Crash in Missouri
A 12-year-old boy was seriously injured in an auto-pedestrian crash on Route V in Ellsinore, Missouri. The incident occurred when an SUV failed to yield at a marked crosswalk, striking the boy and two other children. Emergency responders airlifted the boy to a hospital in St. Louis for urgent treatment, while the other children sustained minor injuries. The driver, a 36-year-old woman from Ellsinore, was located and placed on a 24-hour investigative hold as authorities continue to investigate the crash.
