Nonprofit Coalition Sues Trump Administration Over HUD Housing Counseling Fund Rescission
A coalition of ten nonprofit housing organizations, represented by Democracy Defenders Action, has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against the Trump administration.
