The median home price in southeast Wisconsin, encompassing the Milwaukee, Racine, and Kenosha metro areas, reached $375,000 in June. This figure represents a 5.6% increase compared to June 2025, according to the latest report from the Wisconsin Realtors Association. Both home prices and sales in the region have seen a consistent upward trend, with a 6.1% increase through the first half of 2026. Examples of homes sold at or around this median price include a century-old Colonial in Milwaukee's Sherman Park neighborhood, a 1,400-square-foot ranch in Franklin, a 1,250-square-foot ranch in New Berlin, a Cape Cod in Watertown with an additional lot, and a 1,500-square-foot home in Somers.
