American Drone Boat Completes Autonomous Delivery Across Hawaiian Waters
An American drone boat, developed by Havoc, successfully completed an autonomous delivery of a 3D-printed spare part across nearly 40 nautical miles of Hawaiian waters. The vessel, a 42-foot Kaikoa, delivered the part to the Royal Canadian Navy's fleet oiler, MV Asterix, during the RIMPAC 2026 exercise. This marks a significant milestone for Havoc, a company that has rapidly expanded since its inception in 2024, now operating over 100 autonomous boats globally. The Kaikoa, capable of carrying 3,640 pounds of cargo at speeds up to 40 knots, is part of Havoc's strategy to revolutionize naval logistics with autonomous technology.
