Brad Cosgrove Addresses Media on UPS Cargo Jet Crash NTSB Hearings and Safety Concerns
Bradley M. Cosgrove, a partner at Clifford Law Offices in Chicago, has been actively speaking to the media regarding the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) hearings on the UPS cargo jet crash. The crash, which occurred on November 4, 2025, involved a Boeing MD-11 that took off from Louisville, Kentucky, and was en route to Hawaii. The aircraft, filled with jet fuel, crashed into a recycling center near the airport, resulting in the deaths of 15 people and injuries to 23 others. Cosgrove, who filed the first wrongful death lawsuits in Kentucky related to this incident, criticized the lack of communication and transparency in aircraft maintenance and safety protocols.
