Six Tornadoes Confirmed in Kentucky, Including EF-2 in Grayson and Hart Counties
On Tuesday, a line of severe storms swept through Kentucky, resulting in six confirmed tornadoes across multiple counties, according to WBKO. The most significant tornado was a long-track EF-2 that originated in eastern Grayson County and continued into Hart County, with peak winds reaching 115 mph. This tornado caused one injury in Grayson County and remained a high-end EF-1 for most of its path through Hart County. Other tornadoes included an EF-1 in Metcalfe County near Knob Lick, an EF-1 in Casey and Lincoln counties, an EF-1 in Hardin County, an EF-1 that affected Carroll, Gallatin, Owen, and Grant counties, and an EF-0 in Bourbon County.
