UN Faces Scrutiny Over Alleged Israeli Mole and Lack of Transparency
The United Nations is under scrutiny following revelations that Yahav Lichner, a former Israeli diplomat, allegedly leaked confidential information to Israeli officials between 2014 and 2015 while working for the UN Population Fund. A Drop Site News investigation, published on August 4, detailed that Lichner provided top-secret material, some marked 'strictly confidential,' to Ron Prosor, then Israeli ambassador to the UN, and other Israeli diplomats.
