Ukrainian Forces Successfully Target Russian Electronic Warfare Systems Near Putin's Palace
Ukrainian military forces have successfully targeted and dismantled Russian electronic warfare systems, including the Volna Kupol Garant and S-400, which were protecting Russian leader Vladimir Putin's secret palace in the Gelendzhik area. The Volna Kupol Garant system, designed to jam Starlink satellite communications, was destroyed on August 7, exposing the area to Ukrainian forces. This system was manufactured in temporarily occupied Simferopol and uses multiple antennas to create a protected jamming zone. The destruction of these systems marks at least the third recent successful strike against Russia's newest electronic warfare technology, according to The Moscow Times.
