Penn Station Slasher Arrested After Injuring Five in NYC Rampage
A violent incident occurred at Penn Station in New York City, where a man identified as Hector Deleon, 51, allegedly attacked five individuals with a knife. The attack took place around 7 p.m., leaving one person seriously injured, two with moderate injuries, and two others with minor injuries. Henry Obadiah, a 60-year-old accountant, was among the victims and described the attacker as having 'rage in his eyes.' Deleon, who has a history of violent offenses, was arrested by Amtrak police and appeared to be under the influence of drugs at the time of the attack. The weapon used was a six-inch double-sided blade. This incident has raised concerns about safety in the city's transit systems.
