Clinton Foundation Launches Institute to Aid State Governments with Nonpartisan Solutions
The Clinton Foundation has announced the creation of the Clinton Policy Institute (CPI), a new initiative aimed at helping state and local governments develop nonpartisan policy solutions. The initiative focuses on improving health outcomes, economic security, and democracy, particularly for women and children. The CPI has already started collaborating with political leaders from both parties, research experts, and affected Americans to address long-standing issues. The foundation's approach builds on its previous work with New York state, where it helped implement a cellphone ban in schools to improve classroom engagement. Zayn Siddique will serve as CPI's CEO, and Jennifer Klein will be its chair. The initiative aims to bring together policymakers, researchers, business leaders, and community organizations to identify effective solutions and turn them into policy.
