Long Beach Leaders Uduak Ntuk and Alanah T. Grant Enroll in Harvard Kennedy School MPA Program
Uduak Ntuk, president of Long Beach City College’s board of trustees, and Alanah T. Grant, Long Beach equity officer, have been admitted to the Harvard Kennedy School of Government’s Mid-Career Masters of Public Administration program. They are among 360 global leaders participating in the program, which focuses on developing public policies to address pressing global and local issues. Grant has already commenced in-person classes in Cambridge, Massachusetts, while Ntuk is attending via Zoom until his LBCC board presidency concludes in December, after which he will join in Cambridge. Ntuk, who has a background in engineering and public service, aims to enhance his ability to create effective public policies.
