Vietnam Urges Dialogue Among Nuclear-Armed States to Reduce Nuclear Risk
Ambassador Đỗ Hùng Việt, Vietnam's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, addressed a high-level General Assembly meeting, advocating for open communication among nuclear-armed states.
