Nick Adams, a conservative commentator and MAGA influencer, runs the Foundation for Liberty and American Greatness (FLAG), a nonprofit aimed at teaching civics to children. Despite raising $7.7 million, there is little evidence of the funds being used for its stated mission. Instead, a significant portion of the revenue has been directed towards Adams and his mother. The charity's financial practices, including a sweepstakes operation promising a $1,000,000 prize, have raised questions about transparency and accountability. FLAG's activities have been criticized for lacking documentation of educational outreach, despite claims of widespread distribution of civics materials.
