The individual who reported the incident followed Pratt-Posner into the restaurant's parking lot and waited for police to arrive. Although Pratt-Posner initially refused to provide a breath sample at the scene, she later registered a BAC of .301 at the Vanderburgh County Jail, approximately 3.5 hours after her arrest. Officers also discovered two empty vodka bottles, three-quarters of a bottle of vodka, and a wine bottle in her car. She has been charged with driving a vehicle while intoxicated and is being held without bond.
