The airport was named the Overall Winner and also won the 5–20 million passengers category for the second consecutive year. This recognition comes after a year of significant growth, with the airport handling nine million passengers in 2025, surpassing pre-pandemic levels. Key developments included the launch of United Airlines' nonstop service to San Francisco and the return of Cathay Pacific from Hong Kong.
