Doctors Without Borders Expands Policy Risk and Planning Team to Enhance Organizational Efficiency
Doctors Without Borders (MSF) in the UK is expanding its Policy, Risk, and Planning Team into a new General Direction Support Unit as part of its strategic ambition to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This expansion includes the creation of two new teams: the Change Delivery Team and the Transparency and Accountability Team. The role of the Policy Risk and Planning Manager, currently a maternity cover position, is crucial in maintaining the quality and continuity of existing functions while new teams are established. The manager will also support the development of new functions, such as business continuity planning and extending support to MSF Ireland. This restructuring aims to support organizational growth and reduce risk, aligning with MSF's broader strategic goals.
