Naperville Store Sells Winning Lotto Ticket and Hosts Men's Amateur Golf Tournament
In Naperville, Illinois, a local Convenient Food Mart has sold one of two winning Illinois Lottery tickets, each worth $650,000. The store, located at 501 W. 87th St., will receive a $6,500 bonus for selling the winning ticket. The winning numbers for the July 22 evening drawing were 4-18-19-27-33. Winners have one year from the drawing date to claim their prize. Additionally, the Naperville Men’s Amateur Championship concluded with Geneva resident Brandon Burggraf winning with a 2-under par score of 142. The tournament, part of the Naperville Park District’s Brooks Tournament Series, saw over 150 golfers compete across two courses. The next event in the series is the Springbrook Women’s Invitational on August 10.
