AI Pulse: New macOS App Enhances AI Coding Workflow with LED Indicators
AI Pulse is a new macOS application designed to assist AI coding agents by providing visual status updates through a strip of eight virtual LEDs. Positioned adjacent to the Dock, these LEDs indicate various states of AI processes, such as working, waiting for input, or completed tasks. The app does not require Dock integration, instead using public screen geometry for positioning. AI Pulse is designed to be lightweight and non-intrusive, offering a visual representation of AI agent activity without accessing sensitive data or requiring extensive permissions.
