Tragic Wave Incident in Tenerife Claims Four Lives at Seaside Pool
A tragic incident occurred on the Spanish island of Tenerife, where a large wave struck a natural pool at the Los Gigantes cliffs, resulting in the deaths of at least four people. The wave swept several individuals out to sea, leading to a rescue operation by local authorities. The victims included a 35-year-old man, a 55-year-old woman, and another man of unknown age, all of whom were tourists. A fourth victim, initially resuscitated from cardiac arrest, later died in the hospital. The pool, popular among tourists, was reportedly closed due to rough sea conditions, but some swimmers ignored the warnings.
