Holden Beach Authorities Identify Victims of Ocean Rescue Tragedy
Authorities in Holden Beach, North Carolina, have identified two men who tragically died after being rescued from the ocean. The victims, Daniel Jason Roberts, 46, and Dylan Daniel Roberts, 20, both from Lenoir, North Carolina, were pulled from the water in distress over the weekend. Emergency services responded to the incident on Ocean Boulevard West after receiving reports of individuals struggling in the water. Despite rescue and life support efforts, both men were pronounced dead at the scene. The Holden Beach Police Department has extended condolences to the victims' families and friends.
