Pakistan Navy Conducts Rescue Operation in Arabian Sea, Saving 18 Crew Members
The Pakistan Navy successfully rescued 18 crew members, including foreign nationals, from a merchant vessel in the North Arabian Sea. The operation was initiated after the vessel, Gold Autumn, sent out a distress call while operating 200 nautical miles off Pakistan's coast. The rescue was conducted by PNS HUNAIN, which provided medical aid, assisted in firefighting, and carried out damage assessment. The crew members, hailing from China, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Indonesia, were evacuated and transported to Karachi for medical care and repatriation.
