Good Samaritan Killed in Orange County Shooting, Suspect Charged
In Orange County, Florida, a Good Samaritan named Daryl Alexander Hill was shot and killed while attempting to break up a fight. The suspect, Raul Lionel Vazquez, has been charged with second-degree murder. Hill's wife, Suzanne, expressed her heartbreak and shared memories of her husband, who was known for his helpful nature. The incident occurred when Hill intervened in a dispute between Vazquez and a woman, which escalated into a physical altercation. Despite Vazquez's claims of self-defense, witnesses reported that Hill was unarmed and not a threat. The case is being prosecuted by the Orange County State Attorney's Office.
