Soldier Jeremy Conner Surprises Son at Texas Baseball Game After Yearlong Deployment
Jeremy Conner, a soldier with the Coast Guard, returned home from a yearlong overseas deployment and surprised his son, Cal, at a baseball game in Texas. Conner, who is also a construction teacher at Community High School in Nevada, Texas, made his surprise appearance at the school's final baseball game of the season. The emotional reunion took place in the parking lot, where Conner, still in uniform, embraced friends and family before heading to the game. His son was unaware of his return, making the moment particularly poignant.
