Teen Arrested in New York, Charged in Connection to Fourth of July Violence in Raleigh
A 15-year-old male has been arrested in Staten Island, New York, by U.S. Marshals in connection with the Fourth of July violence in Raleigh, North Carolina. This arrest follows a custody order secured by Raleigh police detectives.
