Greensboro Police Investigate Shooting on Wilcox Drive, One Injured
Greensboro police are currently investigating a shooting incident that occurred late Tuesday night on Wilcox Drive. Officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 2200 block of Wilcox Drive at approximately 10:36 p.m. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered one victim who had sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) transported the injured individual to a local hospital for treatment. As of now, authorities have not released any additional details regarding the circumstances that led to the shooting, nor have they identified any suspects or made any arrests in connection with the incident. The investigation remains ongoing, and the Greensboro Police Department is urging anyone with information pertinent to the case to contact Greensboro/Guilford Crime Stoppers.
