Pathward Awards $30,000 Grant to EmBe to Enhance Financial Literacy and Career Readiness Programs
Pathward, a national bank headquartered in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, has awarded a $30,000 grant to EmBe, a local nonprofit organization. This grant aims to support EmBe's Making Cent$ Financial Literacy and Dress for Success Career Readiness programs. The Making Cent$ program provides hands-on financial education, covering essential topics such as budgeting, credit, debt management, and long-term financial planning. The Dress for Success program offers personalized career coaching, resume and interview preparation, and professional styling support to help individuals enter or re-enter the workforce. In addition to the financial grant, Pathward has increased its employee volunteer engagement and donated 20 laptops to support hybrid and virtual learning opportunities. These initiatives are part of Pathward's broader community impact goals to promote financial inclusion and support workforce development.
