Russian Intelligence Allegedly Provides Iran with Israeli Energy Grid Targets, Raising Security Concerns
According to a report from The Jerusalem Post, Russian intelligence has allegedly provided Iran with a list of 55 critical energy infrastructure targets within Israel. This information reportedly enables Iran to conduct precision missile strikes against Israel's energy grid. The targets are categorized into three levels of strategic importance: critical production facilities, major urban and industrial energy hubs, and local infrastructure. The report highlights Israel's vulnerability due to its isolated energy grid, which does not import electricity from neighboring countries. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has expressed concerns about the growing military and intelligence cooperation between Russia and Iran, suggesting that battlefield knowledge gained by Russia in Ukraine is being shared with Iran.
