Judge Orders Carmine Agnello to Complete Kidney Transplant or Face Prison
Carmine Agnello, grandson of John Gotti, has been given an ultimatum by a judge to either proceed with a kidney transplant for his mother, Victoria Gotti, by Monday or begin serving his 15-month prison sentence for COVID fraud. Agnello had previously received a two-month reprieve to facilitate the transplant, initially scheduled for August 3, but it was delayed due to his mother's infection. U.S. District Court Judge Nusrat Choudhury has set a deadline for the transplant, stating that if it does not occur by August 10, Agnello must surrender to the Bureau of Prisons on that date.
