Pure Michigan Campaign Celebrates 20 Years with Statewide Recognition
The 'Pure Michigan' campaign, a significant initiative promoting tourism and travel in Michigan, is celebrating its 20th anniversary. In recognition of this milestone, May has been declared 'Pure Michigan Month.' The campaign, which began two decades ago, has been instrumental in boosting Michigan's tourism industry by highlighting the state's natural beauty and cultural attractions. Kelly Wolgamott, vice president of Pure Michigan, has shared some of the campaign's accomplishments over the years, emphasizing its role in enhancing the state's image and attracting visitors from across the country.
