Fulton County Narcotics Investigation Leads to Arrests and Significant Drug Seizure
A months-long narcotics investigation conducted by the Fulton County Sheriff's Office, in collaboration with local and state law enforcement agencies, culminated in two arrests and the seizure of a substantial quantity of illegal drugs and a firearm. On Tuesday, authorities executed a search warrant at a residence located in the 1200 block of West C.R. 375 North. The search yielded 2.06 pounds of methamphetamine, 27.3 pounds of marijuana, 3 grams of suspected psilocybin mushrooms, suspected LSD, drug paraphernalia, and a firearm. Adam Richard, 43, of Rochester, the primary target of the investigation, was arrested and faces multiple felony charges, including three counts of Dealing in Methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony), three counts of Possession of Methamphetamine (Level 3 Felony), and Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Level 6 Felony).
