Gunfire at Ohio Festival Leaves 12 Injured, Suspects at Large
A shooting incident at the Old West End Festival in Toledo, Ohio, resulted in 12 people being injured. The event, which took place on Saturday, was disrupted when two gunmen began firing at each other, causing chaos among attendees. The Toledo Police Department responded to the scene around 5:40 p.m. after reports of gunfire. Initially, eight people were reported injured, but the number later rose to 12, with two individuals in critical condition. The victims' ages range from 14 to 61. The suspects fled the scene and remain at large, prompting authorities to close roads surrounding the festival as they continue their investigation. The festival, known for celebrating the historic Old West End neighborhood with music, food, and art, was forced to cancel its remaining events.
