The district will feature a combination of 80-watt and 37-watt Roadfocus Cobrahead luminaires mounted on poles with a hunter green finish. The estimated annual cost for these fixtures is $548.64. The district spans 2.97 acres, excluding parks and open spaces, with an initial improvement cost of $184.69 per acre. Property owners within the district will be assessed for these costs, with the first year including an additional charge for publication and mailing, not exceeding $500.
