Chaz Ebert Launches FECK Awards to Honor Everyday Acts of Kindness
Chaz Ebert, CEO of Ebert Digital, has introduced the FECK Awards, a national event recognizing individuals and organizations that embody forgiveness, empathy, compassion, and kindness. The awards, inspired by Ebert's late husband, film critic Roger Ebert, aim to celebrate ordinary people making a positive impact in their communities. The inaugural ceremony will take place at the Ritz-Carlton in Chicago, coinciding with the Day4Empathy, which commemorates Roger Ebert's death anniversary. Notable honorees include Jayera Griffin, recognized for her community service initiatives, and David Luplow, Jr., honored for his charitable efforts.
