Brookings, South Dakota, is showcasing its Branch Creek housing development, a project designed to address the city's need for affordable housing for essential workers and recent graduates. The development, a collaboration between the city and ID8 Architecture LLC, features a mix of single-family homes, twinhomes, and townhomes on the southern end of Brookings.
