Lockney Elementary School Hosts Unique Agricultural Show-and-Tell for Students
At Lockney Elementary School in Texas, a second-grade student named Sterley Cole brought her show heifer to school for a special show-and-tell presentation. This event was organized with the help of her family and supported by her teachers, Mrs. Agundis and Mrs. Zuniga, as well as the campus principal, Debbie McClure. The presentation allowed kindergarten and second-grade students to learn about livestock care, responsibility, and the dedication required in agricultural practices through a hands-on experience. Sterley's family, including her parents Asa and Senee Cole, and her siblings Sunny, Slade, and Braxton, were actively involved in the event, showcasing the family's tradition in livestock showing.
