IFC and Bank CenterCredit Partner to Expand Trade Finance for Kazakhstan's SMEs
The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, has partnered with Bank CenterCredit to enhance access to trade finance for businesses in Kazakhstan, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Under this new agreement, Bank CenterCredit has joined IFC’s Global Trade Finance Program (GTFP) as both an issuing and confirming bank. This collaboration will enable Bank CenterCredit to provide internationally backed trade finance instruments, such as letters of credit, facilitating cross-border transactions for Kazakh businesses.
