The report, based on interviews with former staffers and lawmakers, suggests Fetterman maintains a light schedule, frequently cancels meetings with constituents and colleagues, and has a high staff turnover rate. One notable incident involved three paralyzed Pennsylvania veterans whose meeting with Fetterman was canceled, only for the Senator to appear for a Fox News interview shortly after. This has led to renewed criticism from Pennsylvanians, with some describing it as the 'greatest bait-and-switch in PA political history.' Amidst this discontent, some locals have begun to speculate about potential Democratic primary challengers, with Representative Summer Lee being floated as a possible alternative, praised for her work on issues such as black lung benefits, school infrastructure, and data centers.
