Purdue University Fort Wayne officially opened its new student housing community, The Trace, on August 17. Located at 5104 Meeks Drive in Fort Wayne, this development marks a new chapter in campus living by expanding residential options for students and supporting the continued growth of Northeast Indiana. The Trace features 176 apartment-style units, providing 601 beds for students. These units are fully furnished and include utilities, offering studio, two-bedroom, and four-bedroom configurations. Monthly prices for these units range from $1,575 for a 352-square-foot studio to $975 per student for a 1,025-square-foot, four-bedroom unit.
