Israel Air Force Technicians Accused of Spying for Iran During Military Operation
Two technicians from the Israel Air Force (IAF) stationed at Tel Nof Airbase are facing charges of espionage for allegedly leaking sensitive military documents to Iran during Operation Roaring Lion. According to KAN News, the technicians, who worked on F-15 fighter jets, are suspected of handing over engine diagrams and photographs of a flight instructor, actions that breach military censorship rules. The authorities are contemplating elevating the charges against one of the technicians to treason. Additionally, eight other soldiers are under suspicion for failing to report the espionage activities. The Shin Bet, Israel's security agency, has summoned the base commander for a briefing to clarify the incident.
