Mooresville Police Officer Arrested for Misuse of Flock Camera System
A police officer in Mooresville, North Carolina, has been arrested for allegedly misusing a Flock camera system. Elizabeth Anne Snowman, aged 36, faces charges of accessing computers or artifice to defraud. According to warrants, Snowman used the Flock camera database to access information about an individual's vehicle for purposes unrelated to official law enforcement duties. This arrest follows a similar incident involving another officer in the Charlotte area, highlighting concerns about the misuse of surveillance technology by law enforcement personnel. The Mooresville Police Department is scheduled to hold a press conference to address the arrest.
