Bob Clifford to Discuss Trial Strategies at CBA Program in Chicago
Robert A. Clifford, the founder and senior partner at Clifford Law Offices, is scheduled to speak at the Chicago Bar Association’s 'Trial Superstars on Presenting Your Case: Trial Strategies and Innovations' program. This event will take place on June 11, 2026, at The Metropolitan Club in Chicago. Clifford will join Dan Webb of Winston & Strawn on a panel titled 'Winning Trial Strategies' at 12:45 p.m., following a luncheon. The two attorneys have been adversaries in federal district court over the past seven years, particularly in litigation concerning the Boeing crash in Ethiopia that resulted in 157 fatalities. Other notable speakers include Hon. Thomas V. Lyons II and Hon. Nichole Patton, who will provide insights from the bench, and Hon. Eileen O’Neill Burke, who will discuss the perspective of the Cook County State’s Attorney.
