Born in Fort Recovery, Ohio, Noble was a skilled tradesman, working as a tool and die maker for Warner Gear and Luiks Machine Shop. He was also a top motorcycle racer for Harley-Davidson, achieving second place in national points. Noble's love for speed extended to flying, as he obtained a pilot's license and co-owned a small airplane. In his later years, he traveled extensively in his motorhome, even driving to Alaska at the age of 90. Noble's life was marked by his ability to find humor in any situation and his passion for problem-solving.
