Stadium View Apartments in Bozeman Forces Residents to Relocate Due to Construction Repairs
Residents of the Stadium View apartments in Bozeman, Montana, are being required to temporarily relocate due to necessary repairs stemming from original construction deficiencies. The 139-unit complex, built in 2015, has informed tenants in two buildings that they must move to different apartments within the complex. The repairs, which include roof and siding replacement, necessitate that affected units be completely emptied by August 12. Management has released all leaseholders in the affected buildings from their lease agreements and is coordinating with a moving company to assist with the relocation. The remediation process will be conducted in phases to minimize disruption to the remaining residents. The timeline for each phase will depend on the scope of the work required.
